Origin is where the car is now
Where you work may differ from where the car is parked. State the car’s region and general area so the operator does not have to guess your direction.

Regions describe the service focus. Your exact requested locations need review.
Destination is your request
State the region and area you want. It is labelled requested destination because it is not yet an agreed handover location or evidence of detailed coverage.
Check both ends together
When either end changes, mention it in a new message. Ask the operator to review scope and quotation implications rather than applying an earlier answer to a different direction.
Keep the question clear
Does selecting regions confirm a route?
No. The selection describes a customer request for review. Confirm the actual method, coverage and locations for your enquiry.
What if the exact area is undecided?
Give the general area you know and state that the exact location is undecided. Do not invent an address; ask what location information is needed.
